The STEM Academy Student Council aims
to represent all 7th and 8th grade students. The council will work with the
student body, faculty, administration, and community members to plan events and
programs that improve our school climate and foster school spirit.
STEM Student Council Format
In order to foster school spirit and build the STEM community, we created a unified STEM Student Council for both 7th and 8th graders. Our STEM Student Council has two components – an Executive Board and a Leadership Committee.
- The Executive Board is composed of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Publicity Chair. These officers are selected through our election process and work to help lead the council
- The Leadership Committee is the general assembly portion of the Student Council. This is open to ALL students. Members are an equally important part of Student Council and are involved in all program planning.
